Terms of Use

A comfortable stay starts with shared care. Please read these terms before your arrival and share them with everyone in your party.

House rules for a respectful stay

By staying at SistersZ Villa, you agree to follow the terms below. They help us keep the villa safe, peaceful and ready for every guest.

Guests & occupancy

Only the number of guests agreed at the time of booking may stay at the villa. Please contact us in advance if you would like to invite anyone else. Parties, events and unapproved gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet enjoyment

Please keep music and noise at a considerate level, especially during the evening and night. Loud music, disruptive behaviour and parties are prohibited out of respect for our neighbours.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Please use only the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette ends safely.

Care of the villa

Please treat the furniture, appliances, equipment and all items provided with care. If anything is damaged or broken, inform us as soon as possible rather than waiting until check-out.

Damage & repairs

The guest who made the booking is responsible for damage caused by them or by members of their party. Reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged when necessary.

Pool maintenance

Please allow our team access to clean and maintain the pool two to three times per week, or whenever needed. We will coordinate the timing with you whenever possible.

Included in your stay

What we provide

We cover the cost of internet, water for technical use and electricity, provided they are used reasonably and responsibly.

The villa is cleaned twice per week, including a change of bed linen. Additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged on request.

Extra towels, plates and bed linen are available for an additional fee. Please ask us in advance so we can prepare them for you.

Important local conditions

Call to prayer

Although there is no mosque immediately next to the villa, the call to prayer (adhan) can still be heard clearly in the area, including in the early morning.

Seasonal agricultural smoke

During the rice-burning season, it is possible to notice smoke or the smell of burning rice fields nearby for two or three days. This is seasonal and outside our control.

Prepared for comfort

Reliable power & premium internet

Power outages are very, very rare in our area. Even so, we are prepared: solar panels provide lighting for the outdoor areas in case of an outage, and the villa also has a built-in genset for additional backup power.

For connectivity, the villa has a premium Starlink internet plan as well as local fibre-optic Wi-Fi, giving you two reliable internet options during your stay.
