عبر البحر: There is no dependable regular Bangsal–Amed passenger boat. The practical sea route is Bangsal to Padang Bai by fast boat (about 1.5 hours), then roughly 45–60 minutes by car to Amed; the public Lembar–Padang Bai ferry is slower, around 4–5 hours at sea.
